Training for Core StrengthIncreasing core strength provides stability for your entire body. My philosophy is to build a strong and stable core through all planes of motion, then progress clients through increasingly more challenging full body movements. By sculpting a fitter core through personal training, clients reduce their chance of injury and easily transition increased stability and strength to daily life. Exercises are performed through a variety of modalities including BOSU balls, balance discs, floor sliders, tires, aqua bags, resistance bands, kettle bells, slam balls, battle ropes and more.

The Ohio MuscleActivation DifferenceWhen you train with a Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist, you are working with a highly skilled individual who is well-educated on the workings of the muscular system. This education goes far beyond that of a traditional personal trainer, not only do practitioners have an understanding of how to train the muscles, they are also well-versed in how to detect and address dysfunction within the muscular system. As a client, this means your workouts are safer and more appropriate for your body, meaning better and longer lasting results for you.
